We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team at our Supported Living Service in Minster on Sea. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide 1:1 support for 23-year-old twin sisters with learning disabilities and complex needs in a welcoming, and person-centred environment.
Our support is based around encouragement and completing daily tasks as well as accessing the community and participating in activities and outings. You’ll play an important role in enhancing quality of life and promoting independence.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs
Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Support individuals with complex health needs and mobility requirements
Administer and support with medication
Promote communication, choice, independence, and dignity
Provide emotional support, reassurance, and companionship
Monitor wellbeing and report any changes or concerns
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Work closely with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and safeguarding responsibilities
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
Caring, patient, and respectful
Positive and able to build meaningful relationships
Flexible and reliable
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals
Able to work shifts, complete sleeps, waking nights and work weekends.
Previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities, Down syndrome, complex health needs, or behaviours of concern would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Requirements
Full UK driving licence
