Our starting point in life is that anything is possible.  With this belief in mind, we work with children and adults with learning disabilities and autism along with their families to secure truly great lives, in spite of the challenges that they frequently face.  We do this by:

• Really listening to people and being sure we know what they want and need in their lives

• Designing and delivering individual solutions that take people towards their goals

• Employing people that never give up and ensuring that they have the skills to do their jobs

• Treating everybody with respect and dignity, believing in the value of all lives and advocating for people’s human rights

• Ensuring that all support solutions build on people’s connections with their local communities

• Challenging the status quo so that more opportunities are available for people with learning disabilities, autism and their families
